Other factors could affect it and like I said
I'm not really sure what a difference this has made. Some of it could probably be in my head thinking that it should make a difference. I notice a slight improvement in my mood and physical well-being, but not enough to say- yes, it's definitely this product! Other factors could affect it and like I said, I expect I will be better, so maybe that's why I feel better. Sleeping has improved since taking this though.

I used this right as I was pmsing and didn't gelp with moodiness, tired and cramping. Waste of $.

It is a liquid dietary supplement 2 oz which is 60ml. It comes in a brown see through bottle, with blue dropped top. The label is purple and black writing. Ingredients are proprietary blend of lgnatia, nux vomica and lycopodium. Water with 20% ethyl alcohol. Manufactured according to the specifications of the homeopathic pharmacopoeia of the United States.I waited until I started my period to try these out. I took 10 drops under the tongue, the first time I didn't take with as much water as I should have. SO - if you are taking this - take with A LOT OF WATER with this. Because you will get dry mouth and feel like you are going to throw up.Anyways - I felt ok, I didn't notice too much difference. I still had a lot of bloat, but my headache was gone and my breast were not sore. I never know if it is a good period or if it was bad. So I don't know if this worked. I tried it the 4 days I had my period, a few times during the day and at night.
