Very happy with all the good results of this gelatin!
I'm very happy with my results using this gelatin. I have a lot of skin conditions from head to toe since a very young age. I immediately noticed a difference within the first two uses of this product. My skin stopped being so itchy and rough. My hair is softer too. I haven't noticed any joint difference yet, but I'm confidant after a few more months of use that my joints will improve too.The biggest pain relief so far has been from my skin issues getting better. My skin is no longer so itchy all over, rough patches are much softer, and my skin isn't cracking/breaking anymore. Also my nails are stronger, I've always have had really weak nails. And I noticed I don't feel so hungry throughout the day when I add the product to my morning coffee. I bloom it first with the milk I add to my coffee.I'm very happy with the high quality of this gelatin and how much it has helped my aliments that I never had solutions for before using this product. Will definitely keep buying and using on a daily basis.Cooking wise, this gelatin is great. It blooms very well and is wonderful for jello and any other desserts/recipes that call for gelatin. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with this gelatin product. It went above and beyond my expectations.

Repeat Customer
I am in my 50s and was starting to have symptoms of osteoarthritis. It was difficult for me to move my hands, go up stairs, and my neck made a crackling sound every time I moved it. I had read a long time ago that gelatin was good for cartilage, and since I figured reduction in cartilage was a major part of what was causing my ailments, I set out to find a remedy.I tried pills and had good success, but they were filled with chemicals. Since I knew this was going to be taken long term, I wanted to find a more natural solution. I then tried gelatin in tablet form. This was more convenient, but the volume of pills that had to be take was daunting and not cost effective, though it was convenient for travel. In my search, I came across the powdered form and chose this product. When dissolved correctly, you cannot taste it in the beverage, nor does it change the consistency. In the time I have been using it, my neck almost never crackles when I turn my head, I am able to go up stairs and get around as when I was younger, and my hands are nimble enough to knit and crochet. Now, changes in weather can bring back some of the previous symptoms, but it is still not as bad as before. Forgetting to take this for a couple of days will also bring back some symptoms, but as soon as I start taking it again, I am good. This is how I dissolve it: I pour a little cold liquid into my cup (milk or creamer if coffee, water if tea) and add a tablespoon of the powder. I then stir to dissolve and let it sit for about a minute. Then I add the hot liquid. If the mixture is very thick, I add a little hot liquid, stir to loosen it up, and then add the rest. If you do this correctly, there will not be chunks and it will be fully dissolved. If I travel, I just place what I need in a baggy with my measuring spoon and I am good to go.I would highly recommend this product, and do, often, to my friends. I will continue to purchase this because it is natural, good for the long term, and I have had very positive results. Now, every body is different and every situation is different, so you may or may not have the same results as I have. I am just letting you know my personal experience.Thank you for reading...and thank you to the company for providing this product.

Might be premature but potential miracle for soft tissue injuries
Update: either I didn’t submit this or this is my second review. Either way I’m adding this part plus previous review from years ago. Current review: From the army I had a torn MCL and loss of cartilage on my tibia in my left knee. Been limping for about a year, can’t run. I recently started taking this again and appx 10 days in taking 2tbs/2x a day on empty stomach my knee is so much better. This stuff is liquid gold.I eat really clean and work out a lot (weights, cardio and HIIT) and have had physical injuries from work/military, including 3 dislocated and 1 bulging disk in my lumbar region, shoulders, knees and elbows hurt...basically joints. I've been using this stuff for about two weeks, twice a day, but also reintroduced a lot of dairy (milk and cottage cheese) and actually have not been supplementing with protein shakes. I've been making and consuming my own bone broths twice a day. It's likely too early to tell but I have been feeling so strong at the gym with much less joint discomfort and post-workout joint inflammation is not apparent. Every day I feel like I'm making huge gains and I have no other explanation.I follow the mixing directions and just slam it. It's not the most pleasant taste but not overpowering. If this is reason why my joints feel so much better, It's definitely worth it. I assume the increase in power is from the dairy but I attribute the joints to both this and the bone broth I've been consuming. I have read that gelatin and bone broth heals the gut and helps the body with nutrient absorption, which may be assisting in metabolizing vitamins, minerals and proteins. For anyone that trains with load-bearing weigh, consider incorporating this into your diet for injury prevention if nothing else. Quality product and great pricing. Thanks to the producers.
