I have a Windows 7 music production PC and a Windows 11 machine for writing and software coding. Thanks to this little box they both share a single ultrawide HDMI monitor, keyboard, mouse and external audio devices, all at the click of a single button.Each time the button is pressed to toggle between machines, there is maybe a two second lag before the requested machine becomes active, so I guess there is more electronics and software going on than just the routing of wires. The one very small niggle, and I guess it's because of the aforesaid electronics, is that I can no longer wake a machine out of sleep mode with just a tap of mouse or keyboard, but this is a tiny price to pay for the flexibility and convenience the box gives me.The front panel allows up to four USB 2.0 devices to be shared by both machines. I'm presently using three; wireless mouse, wireless keyboard and external audio device. The magic of USB allows these devices to be routed to each computer via a single cable to a single USB port, reducing cable clutter.Eventually I will upgrade my music production setup to move it onto the Windows 11 machine, but for the time being this little box is exactly the solution I needed.

This worked for a day or so, then stopped. The KVM would switch between monitors but input from the keyboard and mouse failed.Product is well mate, the wired controller is a nice touch. Amazon accepted a return and refunded me promptly.

KVM Switch works very well. Easily set up and decent length cables. Doesn't impact the image quality or performance of my computer. Very pleased.

USB's stops working after month. Don't go cheap on it and buy a good quality one

Functionality is great, works as expected and the price was reasonable too. The remote switch is an excellent addition as it allows you to hide the switch and the wires out of the way and mount the remote under the desktop.

Thought I'd found the perfect solution with the required in/outputs to run my two laptops - very disappointed it lasted a week before the usb ports for the shared peripherals stopped working.

device was great when it worked.But USB stopped working after weeks.

Product does not work, does not pick up my keyboard or mouse, despite trying multiple. Returned.
