Working is good

Not a premium product, Not having a smooth operation. Waste of money. If I had the chance to return it in 6 months, I could have been returned this product to the supplier.

Ideally, it is a little easy to set up. But for some reason, every time I use it, I struggle a little bit with it. I do like how small it is and the in app tricks it has. I do feel like the connectivity could be enhanced though.

Its a bit heavy but i find it stable in hand held activity.

For starters it didn't specifically say it would work with my model phone but I gave it a shot anyway...the weight limit shown in the specs was within range, and thought the width was also in specs, but has to be without a case since it won't spin with the case on. With the case off, it flips horizontal/vertical but appears to slightly struggle. Also the external remote...the instruction's it came with didn't help much with initial setup but I do like the company emailed me direct to let me know how to do this...unfortunately my remote would not pair at all with my current phone (or older phone I tested with (older Samsung S10+) ...not sure I would've used the remote much since it's so small, but would've been a nice occasional option to have. The last complaint I had was the software...it does have some nice features, but for my phone it only zooms to the max the software allows (assume for the gimbal to work correctly), and my phone can zoom in a lot more. It also relies on software stabilizing which for the most part works ok but my phone would occasionally drift either left or right on it's own in low light situations and not sure why...so unfortunately had to return this.
