The CD Player looks brand new except for the CD left inside. Lol! This is not a problem for me it was a Christian CD and I purchased this to listen to my Christian CDS. If you want the CD back I would be happy to mail it to you. Just send me a postcard with the address.My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that I would have preferred that you cover the package with brown paper or something that would hide what is being shipped.It appears to be unused. I'm VERY IMPRESSED with the condition it and even the box is in! Looking at it, you would never know it was a used item. It looks new enough that I would give it as a gift.Overall, I am SO HAPPY with this CD Player! I tried the radio and I played the CD, it works flawlessly!Thank you! I'm SO GRATEFUL because it looks and runs like it's brand new! I also received it in 2 days. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! & PRODUCT!!

I had one of these before and it too stopped playing the CD's so I bought a new one thinking it would last a bit longer. I have only had this one for less than 6 months and it has stopped playing CD's. Is it too much to have it last a little longer. The radio still works but I bought I for the CD player.

I really like this unit. I bought it to listen to foreign language CDs on a small unit. It worked very well for that function. I was not planning to use the radio but I did and it is great. I always listened to a certain FM station on a Bose radio. This unit gets better reception and sounds better! I am very pleased with the purchase. I am going to buy one more for a different room.

Good cd player for the grandkids to listen to their book/cd. Nice compact size & portable. But not good for music. Very muffled sound quality.

This is a good little CD player. I use it for my child's room for bedtime music. It plugs into the wall, which is perfect. The volume is a turn-knob on the side and I feel, is quite sensitive, allowing me to get just the right volume.

What a wonderful lil guy this is. It is very nicely compact and fits perfectly on my night stand without being obtrusive.It plays quite loudly for being so minuscule. Don't let it's diminutive size fool you though. This is a fully functional CD boom box with a tuner for the radio. Zero complaints, and its exactly what I needed.

My CD player stopped working within 5 months of purchase. When I contacted the company because it was still under warranty they informed me that I needed to pay for shipping both to the company and return shipping. That would have cost me more than the unit itself. I will never purchase from NAXA again.

Sounds like your in a box but it's cheap.

Really cute and small. Pretty good sound too! Plays wonderfully. Nicer than I even thought it would be and perfect for the use & space I ordered it for. Very happy so far.
