A great fill in activity
I do things like this all the time with the kids, but I eventually run out of ideas and they always want more. This game saves me some much needed brain power! They give you three different ways to play and it is easy for you to adapt it to the specific needs of your child/children. You can use only one die or chose to add a 2nd or a 3rd, which can increase the difficulty. It is very simple to do. They roll the dice and have to find items that match what it says. It is marketed as an outdoor scavenger hunt, but is great for indoors as well. This is a good activity when everybody is getting a bit wound up and you need to distract them for a bit. It can be a very short activity or you can do it for a long time. I love that the dice are all very bright colors with clear writing. Some of the words give specific information (ex: it doesn't just say long, it says longer than your arm). I also like that it has a large variety of words, from big vocabulary words such as "massive" to silly words like "stripy." I also like that kids can use their own preferences to defend the items they found to match a word. What one sees as "beautiful" may not be what another would think of. Another definite plus of this game is that the dice are nice and soft. They are lightweight and slightly squishy. This is great because at some point somebody will "accidentally" throw their dice at their sibling. We have to just assume that will happen anyway. Another great thing about this is the easy to carry storage bag. This keeps everything together well and also makes it super easy to take on the go. There is a QR code to scan on the instructions which will let you download a printable extension activity where they can write and draw about items they found on their scavenger hunt. This game is well done and very versatile. It would be a great addition to any game closet. It would also be a great game to add to a classroom for those moments you need a little fill in activity.

A Surprise Hit
I have 5 kids, ages 11,9, 7, 5, and 3. I saw these before Christmas and had considered ordering them, but I was concerned that it might be more of a fantasy-self purchase- something that in my head would be this great game for when no one knows what to do, but that in actual life everyone plays once and then it sits on a shelf. But, when I saw it again, I decided to take a chance on it and ordered it as a Christmas gift. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them. They came in a nice linen drawstring bag and the dice are quite big (it's more comfortable to use 2 hands to hold one dice than to use only one hand.) My kids, (all except my 11 yr old) were really excited when they unwrapped them. They've since played with them quite a few times. I can't believe how much fun they have rolling the dice and finding items that match the description. I love that it's a simple game, that there's not a lot of parts, and that they're thinking and learning as they play. I also love the potential with these. I could see bringing these with us on a car trip to keep things interesting, or making it more difficult by having to find something that matches the description when all 3 dice are rolled versus just one. They've been playing with these almost a month and they've held up really well, that is until last night when my 3 yr old bit a chunk off of one of the dice, but outside of that they've held up like you would expect foam to.

Great idea for adding a little more activity than fun. Changing up the routine, the new game!
Have fun how this little game been! I've actually played this with my kids outside and I've also been the moderator and sat on the deck. I'm drinking glass of wine while they played. This comes with three die that you roll and follow what it says. It's pretty fun and inventive to see the things that they come up with. Pretty fun and inventive to see the things that they come up with. They are a hard foam like material. We keep these in the back in the deck box outside and they have fared. So far so good this winter. I think is would be a great little gift for active kids or for kids. You may want to be more active. Great idea!

So sweet! Low tech, gets kids moving, thinking and out in nature
I just love this game for little ones! It is sweet, educational, fun and sometimes silly! Best of all, it gets kids unplugged from tech and plugged into using their brains for good old-fashioned playtime fun. I'd say it is geared toward younger kids like preschoolers and kindergarteners, but I think many older kids would love joining in, as well. Would be a great learning experience for an older sibling who can read, to lead younger kids in this game. Kids can play with one die for the easiest-to-follow instructions, or combine with another die or two to make the game more challenging. Although this game is listed as an outdoor game, it could easily be adapted to indoors - perfect for rainy-day fun (or when snowed in, or conversly when it is 105 degrees outside in the summer). The dice are made of cloth-covered foam and are soft and easy for little ones to hold. This also makes them lightweight and portable. They come in a drawstring carrying bag, so you can bring the game along on a nature walk or a picnic in the park.Overall super sweet, educational and not just low-tech but NO-tech. Gets kids moving, thinking and out in nature. Great for either girls and boys. Highly recommended.

Great Outdoor Fun Games for Kids
We got this to try playing with our kids outside to help them get outdoors and have some exercise a bit more. This works well for that and they can also play it inside if they want too. It's also a fun and educational game that they can learn with as well. It's easy enough our 4 year old can play it with her older siblings and they can all learn, play and enjoy it together. It's easy to learn and the dice are soft and lightweight so they're easy to use and carry around in the bag that comes with them.
