We teach dance so I am on my feet a great deal. I don’t think I could survive without the support of these inserts.

Recently found out that my arches in my feet “collapse” as I walk. I am a nurse in a busy nursing home. These came recommended to me from a surgeon/ dr at work.I am so pleased with my purchase!I bought these to put inside my Under Armour sneakers. My feet are happy. My knees no longer hurt. They did take a few mins to get used to. Now, I notice when I am not wearing shoes with arch support.

The biggest issue with these are they seem to squeak in my shoes. I prefer the ones that are one piece instead of two things stuck together. Possibly the squeak is only if you’re on the heavier side.

Great insole for those needing cushion with a little arch support.

I have Power Step insoles in other shoes and I love them. I tried these because they seem to be a lesser cost alternative. They are comfortable. They fit into my shoes just like the other ones. My feet feel good all day in them. (And that is a rarity.) But - the are squeaky. I saw one review that mentioned the noise. Only one! I can't believe no one else has noticed this. The noise makes these intolerable for most wearings. I can live with it around the house or grocery shopping, but not in most other activities. So, while I give them all the stars for fit and comfort, the squeakiness knocks it down. I will not purchase them again.

good to add extra support, anything but what comes in your stock shoes is an upgrade

I’ve tried many brands and styles over the years. It doesn’t help that your feet keep changing as you age! I’ve found these to be very comfortable and readily adaptable to the various shoes I wear, especially in the arch area. I own 6 pair of these (one in reserve) and would highly recommend them. So far, they seem to last as long as the shoes they are in. Using different makes/types of inserts at the same time was not doing my feet any favors.

My job and volunteer work requires me to stand on my feet for 8+ hours per day. I have extremely high arches and I stand on the outside of my feet. That caused me to have leg and feet pain. After researching I decided on the Power Step Bridge. My order arrived last night and I got the chance to wear them to work this morning. I work retail and the floors of our store is concrete. To my delight, I had no pain today after running around for 8 hours at my store. Two days prior to trying my Power steps, I was in pain at the end of my shift. I'm happy with my purchase and I with reasonable prices I you won't break the bank to get a little relief! Signed, happy customer!
