Nice. Doesn't last for ever, but great for a price.

I have 4 pairs of Salomon Gortex trainers that have all worn at the top of the heel exposing hard rubber that causes blisters within minutes of wearing. I purchased these patches as an attempt to get some wear out of the trainers that are otherwise in good condition. I'm shoe size 4 but even the larger of the patches didn't cover the whole area, I had to cut the patches to try and make them fit into the area better but it wasn't very successful. I tried one pair but unfortunately they didn't provide enough protection from the hard rubber & the skin rubbed away within minutes. The patches have stuck to the flat areas but not the curved top part where I need them. I'm still looking for a solution. I think these patches are probably best suited to shoes not trainers, they are too thin for my requirements and not pliable enough for fitting over curved areas.

Used for my heels on my AirForce 1’s. They was ruined. But these patches did an amazing job. They’re like new. Super comfy again! 100% worth it.

Very well designed and very easy to use. Very comfortable and good at preventing blisters on the heel when wearing uncomfortable shoes.I wish I knew about this product previously as I would usually have thrown trainers away.

They look okay and blend it well. But they don't stick very well

Needed to patch up the inside and it also made it more comfy

So disappointed after put these on had to take them off all my shoes as the squeak when I walk due to the fake leather material

I expected these to be thicker. Good to have two sizes though.
