I ordered this for an upcoming 1920 theme birthday party. I am 5’7”, 150 lbs and I usually wear. Medium. I ordered up to a Large. Glad I did because it fits well. It’s surprisingly beautiful and comfortable! I am going to order a body shaper just to smooth everything out and I also ordered accessories. I don’t want to take it off it’s so fun. Maybe I will wear it to the grocery store with my Dr Martins😂

Good quality for the price and size was pretty accurate on how it fit. It did make me look a little bit skinner. It also help up to a long night drinking jack.

This dress is really pretty but it's super long. The sequined portion came down past my knees and the black portion just pooled on the floor. I thought about hemming it but there's a pleat in the black portion that looked odd hanging so low.My simple solution to this was to put a belt on and hike the dress up until the bottom of the dress just brushed against the ground. Then I let the extra material drape down over the belt to create that sorta drop waist fold that you sometimes see in 20s dresses. The sequin pattern even almost lined up when I did this. I'm not sure if this will stay in place over an evening of moving around, so I might add a couple belt loops to the dress to keep everything in place.If you're good and tall this dress will probably look fabulous on you, but if you're short to average height you might want to think twice.

This dress was true to size. It was very comfortable and fit perfectly. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time for the dress to get to me.

This dress is beautiful and I received a lot of compliments at the event I attended. It's very stretchy and fitted, and it doesn't really have a front or back - they are identical. I'm 5'8 and it was the perfect length. The only problem I had was that the shoulders were loose, so I had my daughter safety pin them to my bra straps. A fantastic looking dress for the price!

I thought it looked lovely online and a good value so I took a chance. Here is the scoop. The product arrived in about 2.5 weeks from overseas, so shipping was on the shorter window in the ETA vs. the longer time, which was a plus. Another plus was that this garment was much nicer quality that I expected for such a low price point. The sequin works was flawless. This garment didn't feel like a cheap costume, it felt like a "real dress" if that makes sense.I chose to RETURN the dress for the following reasons:The color I ordered was NOT close to the picture. I know you can't always take the photo for truth, but the description says "gold and apricot" I was thinking it may be a peachy or cream color with a hint of pink.... nope.. straight up YELLOW. It's a pale yellow much like a banana creme pie. I wanted something vintage looking and this makes me feel like Belle from beauty and the beast.The second reason I'm returning it is because of the fit. I ordered a medium and it was on a bigger side of a medium. (I am 5'4" 145lbs and size D bust). The dress didn't have much curve to it. The front and back panel of the dress was exactly the same (think of a floor length v-neck tee-shirt. Two FLAT panels sewn together at the sides). I'm no expert but a female body differs slightly from the front to the back. It wasn't flattering at all. My butt pushed the back of the dress out and it make the fabric at my back loose, and my bust pushed the front of my dress out to make the fabric by my stomach loose. I have a generally nice shape and I looked like a sack of bananas in this dress.Notes: If you are more of a barrel shape or very rectangular shape with not a lot of curves I think this item will be flattering on your body type. Also if you think you are between a M & L take a chance on the M because I thought it was a very generous medium and ran a little big.

I purchased this dress for an event that was Titanic themed. The dress is just as stunning in person as it is in the pictures. I am 5'4 and around 185 lbs. The dress fit very well, was extremely comfortable, and made me feel beautiful! I was worried it might not be very well made, but the quality is fantastic. I have worn it multiple times now, and even taught a full day in the classroom wearing it for decade day!
