This product has changed my life I suffer from extreme dehydration and a need for increased salt due to POTS Syndrome. I have had to be hospitalized just to receive IV fluids due to the extreme dehydration that POTS can cause. I always carry a bottle of artisan water and have ever stocked up on Pedialyte and Gatorade yet nothing seemed to make a huge difference until this product. I went to a local health and fitness store and purchased some electrolyte powder to add to my water and that’s when I first saw these tiny packets. I purchased a few with my other electrolyte powder and left. After a few more hospital visits and stays I was quite unhappy about my lack of ability to keep my sodium intake up to stave off the low blood pressure and near fainting and dehydration. I didn’t want to get an IV port surgically implanted if I could keep from it as it had almost come to that due to finding my veins when dehydrated is so difficult for the hospital. I prayed, researched and prayed some more and that’s when I noticed I still had the packets of this product I had picked up to try at the local nutrition and fitness center I had visited months before. I thought, “Why not, the last electrolyte powder had helped a bit so what could it hurt to try another that promises more results?” I will admit I had no idea how much better this supplement would be than the one I was previously using. It was a true WOW moment! LiquidIV is by far the best electrolyte supplement I have EVER tried! The lemon lime packets I had purchased months before shocked me not only at the amazing flavor but also how easy it was to mix in room temperature water with just adding them to my bottled water and giving it a few brisk shakes. I had no clumping like with the other electrolyte booster. I drank the bottle of water with this mix in it and within thirty minutes I started to feel more energetic, less shaky, and my dizziness was almost gone, for the first time in quite a few months I felt healthy again! “Was this product magic,” I thought? It is a Godsend. I grabbed my laptop and went to Liquid IV’s website and read up everything I could, and not only do they explain everything that is in this wonderful supplement, but they had an entire page devoted to POTS SYNDROME! That to me was a sign from above so I sent out for half a months’ worth from the local retailer! I have been enjoying and taking this whenever I feel weak or my blood pressure drops too low and I am feeling faint or exhausted for months now. Gone are the days and nights of ER and hospital trips for dehydration and low sodium! I can go out or invite family and friends over and know I will have a far less chance of fainting and I also can let go of the terrible feeling of shaking as much as I used to when very dehydrated. I even told my Cardiologist about this and how much it has helped me and gave a packet of it to his team to try. He said he loves this product and benefits and will tell his other patients with electrolyte and dehydration issues! This is far better than having to have a permanent IV port placed to give me IV fluids and I can take these anytime anywhere! • Liquid IV’s customer service is amazing! I recently purchased a bag of the lemon-lime my favorite flavor here on Amazon due to my needing more and my local health store was out of stock at the time. When it arrived the bag and content may have been squished and were damaged. This was most likely due to our postal carrier as we have been having issues with them not handling persons packages with the care they deserve. When I contacted Liquid IV here on Amazon they refunded me asap and even told me I can purchase direct from their website for a discount! This “IV” is actually something you will look forward to and not dread because there are no needles, no tubing, and no hospital trips just amazing flavor and hydration! Thank You SO much Liquid IV!

I'm a huge fan of liquid IV & the lemon lime flavor is especially good. I'm terrible at drinking enough water and enjoy being able to check the box that I finished a glass of liquid IV as it makes me feel like I've hopefully done my job with hydrating that day. It dissolves into water well and, although I don't know how to know for sure, I think it is effective too. I will continue to buy this product.

Great for sickness, hot days and even as a refreshing drink. Taste and texture are great which can be rare for these drinks. It dissolves easily and hydrates all ages. Children even ask for it vs. other brands. No odd texture or taste. Gives peace of mind to have on hand and easy for on the go.

I bought the lemon lime flavor for POTS, mainly to use during symptom flares or on very hot days/after strenuous activity to help prevent a flare. For me, it works better than other electrolyte options I have tried. I notice less dizziness, improved tachycardia, nausea and presyncope after drinking it. I use homemade electrolytes day to day with salt, potassium, and magnesium, and that helps some, but Liquid I.V. is more effective for me and much more convenient when I have limited energy during flares. I use one packet in 16 oz of water, and it dissolves well with vigorous shaking. The lemon lime flavor is my favorite. It is sweet, but the sugar makes sense to me as part of a balanced electrolyte drink. I also add extra salt for POTS, and the sweetness/lemon lime flavor helps mask it. The sourness also helps me with nausea. I have not had stomach issues, heartburn, or weird aftertaste from it. My main complaint is the price. Because it is expensive, I save it for specific situations rather than using it every day. I also wish there were a tub option so I could customize serving size and create less packet waste, though the packets are convenient for carrying around. Overall, this works very well for me, but the cost keeps it from being a regular daily option.

this product taste good and gives lots of energy through electrolytes when you are working out hard and sweating it is one of the best electrolyte drinks I have used, and there are no digestive issues. It’s also reasonably priced.

It’s not the cheapest but not the most expensive option. I have bought it a couple of times. Firstly, it works, dissolves quickly so it’s easy to use. I like the lemon taste. I have used other products that are more expensive but these taste better, in my opinion so for me that is economical. Naturally, the most important aspect is it works.

I dont know why this doesn't show the nutritional information on the product page. Ingredients, yes, but amounts, no. If I was shopping around, I likely would never have purchased this. But I had tried it before and already knew that it was a legit electrolyte replacer. But here's the thing. There are any so-called electrolyte replacers on the market. Don't buy this if you are just looking to flavor your water. Buy this if you profusely sweat, work hard labor outside, or go for long intense hikes, or for emergency use if water is scarce (I like keeping some in my car). A true electrolyte replacer of a serious kind will have quite a bit of sodium (and sugar) and will not taste all that great. But it will help your body quickly, and could be matter of feeling well or feeling bad, or maybe difference between life and death. It isn't water itself that hydrates you, it is minerals/electrolytes. Did you know that if you drank too much water and didnt have enough actual electrolytes, that you are in fact dehydrating yourself further? This is because your body is being diluted. So add in an "electrolyte multiplier" such as Liquid IV, and you will be set. Keep this in mind in case you are the type that aims for drinking a gallon or so of water a day (or be sure to eat foods that will replenish electrolytes). Not seriously dehydrated? Then go with something more low key. Something that may have just a little sodium, sugar, and minerals. Some are even sugar free. That's good for those not into drinking water or much of any fluid or watery foods, of for light weight activity, basic hot day, just feeling run down. Just need the little extra to top off small losses. Save Liquid IV for more intense stuff, big electrolye losses. 4.5 stars. Will likely buy again. Would like to see them include the detailed packet information, That being said, I bought it for use in intense sweat situations and true dehydration scenarios. I am a bit of a prepper, and so I will be adding this to my hiking bag, emergency car bag, get home bag/bug out bag, medical kit. If food is scarce or low or only foods with little sodium or other minerals are available, then the need to replace is that much more vital. If you have ever been truly dehydrated, it is a scary feeling. The immense relief that can come from the first few sips is amazing. Tried this to help after a big night on the drinks gave me the drinks. Would say it helped with 20% of my hangover. 80% was probably the Hangcure Rebound tablets. Those things are incredible. I wish they did rehydration sticks to to take on a night out. Overall though good taste with this Liquid IV one.

After being in hospital my Dr said that I needed to drink more water but it was hard so I saw this flavoured drink and tried it 😊👍🏼

Amazing. Flavour obviously doesn’t taste like a soda pop or something but it’s made with real cane sugar and taste pretty good. Seeing these other reviews complaining about taste makes me laugh because I am a very picky eater but this taste good no problem. I use one package after I have sweat a lot or don’t have enough hydration (after saunas, after hard cardio etc) also great for hangovers. Overall amazing product I bought a couple months ago and still have packages left in the bag to use. Will definitely buy again.
