Q: I can’t keep the wire in the slots. it falls out every other cut. my husband also tried to tighten the wire. it also cuts crooked. how do i fix this p

Its a pain to get it to stay. You have to get the angle of the “ball” just right. But once its in its in. It will never cut 100% straight unless you put a little tension with a finger on it while cutting because of the wiggle room that it have in the slot. Finding replacement wire will also be next to impossible. I had to get guitar string and figure it out. After that pain in the ass I bought a soap cutter because thats what I use it for.
