So I sleep with a cpap. You can imagine how hard it is to find a pillow that actually sleeps comfortably while wearing this darth vader mask on my face. I actually bought a pillow specifically for the cpap, which I think has caused me all this neck and shoulder pain. I have had one night sleep with this pillow and I feel it's already made me feel a ton better. It's very firm but the shape of it make it so comfortable. I do agree that the case it comes in is too warm, so I may have to take that off. I wish they had a cooler temperature pillowcase to go with this. So happy I found this pillow.

This pillow was very flat and flimsy not worth it at all. Doesn’t support your neck at all.

I've had a few of these from different companies. I use a side-sleeper pillow every night. Because of all I'm learning about parasites and bacteria, I wash this cover almost daily. It has held up beautifully (I learned a long time ago to zip them up or the washer shreds them) by washing in a garment/lingerie bag (and I haven't always remembered). I will purchase another.

Don’t order this pillow it’s flat. It’s stuffed cotton balls. The zipper came broken. I can’t return it to them and if they pick it up it’s $7.99 so I’m gonna stuff it. And sew the zipper shut. They won’t let me put NO stars

I slept through the night the first night I used it, but this is the hardest pillow I have ever used. The hole is great, as I had a small skin cancer removed from my ear, hence the reason I purchased it. However after four nights, the hole began to settle lower, raising the outer edge to push on my forehead, where another biopsy was performed. I have another very expensive pillow, this one replaced, much the same shape. My other pillow is much softer, and the leg on the back is much longer, offering better support than this pillow. After five nights I start out with this one, and end up by morning back with my old one. This is losing shape. If the back leg were 6 inches longer, and one could remove filling, I might be able to work with it. I will be having a MOHS procedure on the side of my head. This pillow will not meet my needs at that point. I’m still looking for something to better meet my needs. One of the other reasons I purchased this was because I thought my old one was too hot. It is memory foam. It’s not as hot as this one, this pillow is so hot it makes sweat horribly. It’s a conundrum, because in spite of all it’s short comings I can still sleep on it, and haven’t given up. If I were a seamstress I’d make the back longer. My old pillow completely supports my back. I was hoping this would do like wise. Not so, far to short, it just barely come over the shoulder. The support ends there. No, I wouldn’t recommend this. It’s not as advertised. The biggest issue is it’s as hard a rock with no give, brand new, and lost it’s shape. So much potential with a few improvements. For Now, just no, look further.

For years, I only slept on my side and boy, do I wish I would have had this pillow back then. I'm now at the point in my life where I have a fair amount of musculoskeletal issues and I can't stay on my side all the time, but when I can, this is a really comfortable pillow. It gives good support that I used to try to get by crunching up a regular pillow to lean my face against while giving my head a bit of, but not too much, elevation. I will say that the idea of the ear divot is interesting but I don't use it regularly. The case is really soft and comfortable, although I wish I could get a spare. Overall, I enjoy the pillow and have found that it does what I expected - give me a comfy, side-friendly way to rest my head.

I love this pillow so much I take it every where instead of my down stuffed pillow that I thought I couldn't live without.

If wasting money is your thing then go for it! This pillow is so poorly made. It doesn't support shoulder or neck or give any pain relief. Save your money

It's not cotton but still very good. Wish I could find more.

Very soft case and fits well. Taking off one star because there is no button(like my other case) to hold the ear portion in place. I will end up sewing one in myself.

I like the pillow. I just wish it came with a pillow case.
