Q: Does it work with Super 8mm Film with sound? Will it record/capture sound on the film?

This type of device captures frame by frame while audio is longitudinal down the edge of the film. You would have to capture the audio from a regular projector, then merge it into the digital video file using computer software.

Q: Can you add multiple films to an SD card

Yes, you can add multiple films to a single SD Card depending upon the size of the SD Card. I used a 32GB SD Card (the maximum allowable) and found all 80 of my five-minute B&W and Color 8mm and Super 8mm films fit on the one card including 10 15-minute 8mm reels. On average, for my experience, my five-minute reels consumed 240MB per reel. So theoretically you could fit 136 five-minute reels easily on a single 32GB SD Card easily.

Q: Will all the movies i recorded be on the sd card when i remove it? worried everything will be erased when i remove from the back of the digitizer.

All movies are stored on the SD card. They will remain on the card even when you remove it from the Digitizer Converter. They can only be erased by performing the erase procedure of the Digital Converter. The SD card can also be erased by using the erase procedure when it is connected to a computer. So the files are safe on the SD card when removing it from the Digitizer Converter.

Q: Can you record video direct to the computer using the usb cable that’s included?

No. The machine processes the video onto the SD card. The USB cable is only for transferring files from the SD card to the computer (if you don't have a card reader).
