Faulty!
Have sent this item back the same day I received it as it was smoking when plugged in. I still don’t have a response on my refund! Please advise asap!!! The parcel looks like it still hasn’t reached you after 3 weeks.

Product from Amazon USA - 120 Volt ! not for Middle East 220 Operating Volt
I Bought this product 4 month ago. I just opened it now to use it. I discovered that the operating Volt of the Telephone 3 hand set is 120 Volt !! ... so it wont work .. if your operating voltage is 220. I am unable to return as the return period has elapsed . It is waste of money .. unfortunately !

This cordless phone has many features and meets my needs. I especially like the block number feature built into it. I love how the LED screen lights up when a call comes in so I can see who's calling on the ID. It gives a beep to let you know it's charging, once returned to the base. Setup was particularly easy, and the quality of sound is decent; could be a bit louder, but I'm good with what it has to offer overall because I rarely talk on the phone. I highly recommend this phone. I purchased it to replace a light-weight AT&T cordless phone whose battery had little longevity while talking on it. Price was super great because it's an Amazon "slightly used" warehouse product, yet it was in like new condition when delivered. I just sanitized it really good before setup & use. Thanks, Amazon!
