To be honest I’m not entirely sure that I was applying to tape correctly for my needs.I do believe the tape helped and in some cases is better than the brace but I did have to go back to a brace and I’m hoping to be able to use the tape again.

Works for lots of applications. I use it during a gout attack to wrap my foot to keep it from swelling out of control. It actually worked.

Product did not adhere for lengthy period.

Great quality product, the adhesion is really good! Lasts 3 days even if taking a bath daily.It really worked for me!

Great tape. It really did help with my pain.The only thing that was disappointing was I seem to be allergic to the adhesion.I put it on for the first time and it was fine. I realized I was a little itchy but figured it was because it was my first time using KT tape. I took it off and there was slight redness but I figured I might have pulled the tape off too fast if something.I tried it again yesterday and left it on for a whole 24hrs. I took it off this morning in the shower, because I’ve been a little itchy again. I figured okay something is up.After I took it off, I had small blisters where I was most itchy. 🫠😔So although it worked great, it’s not a great option for me. If you have sensitive skin, I say purchase with caution.

This tape is easy to use and very helpful. So gladI found it!

My husband had foot surgery. It was suppose to be a 2wk recovery- it ended up 3months. Narcotics, physical therapy the works. As his sick time was running out, this was the ONLY thing that relieved the pain so he could go back to work. So awesome!! Thank you

I have used Rock tape, KT tape and Target brand tape and this worked by far the best for me. I am using it for tennis elbow and occasionally on my knee. It stuck better than the 3 I have tried and didn't come off until I took it off. It still has stretch but I felt like it was thicker and more solid. I'll buy it again.
