After sitting on this cushion, it is undoubtedly more comfortable than most due to the amount of foam and size of the product. However, something felt off. After unzipping the protective cover, I found only high-density foam. There is no gel bladder in this product whatsoever. Item as described: EXTRA THICK PRESSURE RELIEVING GEL: (does not exist).5 LAYERS FOR ULTIMATE COMFORT: 1. Water-resistant top cover. 2. High-density foam for support. 3. Gel bladder provided pressure relief (does not exist). 4. Medical grade foam cushioning below the Gel provides deep immersion. 5. Non-slip bottom.Moreover, as you can see from the photo, the cushion looks nothing like the marketing images. I want the manufacturers and Amazon to respond to this clearly false advertising regarding this product. Based on this fact along I would give the item zero stars if possible

We haven't gone for a walk with it yet but it came on time and feels very comfortable

I actually purchased this to use in my truck seat. After 3 hip surgeries and 2 hip replacements when I drive long distances, I begin to have alot of right hip and leg pain where the seat rises up. But, after attempting to use it my head was hitting the roof of my truck. However, because I cannot get up from a normal chair without arms or assistance. I have found that the extra 3 inches of this cushion allow me to get up from any chair without assistance or taking my wheelchair with me everywhere. It is also useful in my wheelchair to use for more comfort. So, it was certainly not a waste of money. It also has a carrying handle which makes it convenient to take to places I will need to use it. I would certainly recommend buying this cushion. It's working great for me and for what I need it for. Could also work in a recliner, rocking chair, kitchen chair. It is large and 3 inches thick. May be something to consider, however.

Except for a bit of a long delivery time, I am most pleased with the quality and performance of this cushion.At 71 with several post-polio conditions, this pad had made sitting more comfortable again.For anyone who spends all or most of their day in a wheelchair, this pad is a necessity.It's also very helpful that the pads comes in several different sizes to accommodate the buyers specific needs.Highly recommended!!
