The SL150WII is a well built and good looking unit. I control all my equipment using a unified remote that operates switches at the mains supply, so I wanted a unit with a hard on/off switch. When I flip my unified remote the light comes on along with a whole load of other stuff. Because of this I have no interest in the Godox remote functions and have ignored all the networking stuff.It's a simple self contained unit without all the paraphernalia hanging off it that you see with more premium options. I don't want bulky control boxes and power supplies hanging off my light stand. This means the power supply is built into the the main body of the unit, but I find it well balanced, easy to use and fairly compact in my small workspace.I bought the SL100D at first, but with a soft box on it just wasn't as powerful as I needed it to be. I didn't like the angle adjustment either. The SL150WII has all the power I need. The tension on the adjuster nut can be balanced so that the lamp can be quickly and easily pointed up or down on the fly.Fan noise isn't an issue for my application, but it's pretty minimal. For video use the quiet mode is a simple way of getting a silent lamp for about half the lumens if that's what you need.

Just bought this Godox SL200Wii and I can say I'm impressed with the output. It's very bright.I need to run many test for in depth review but so far I can say:The output is so powerful that can work with a 1.50m parabolic softbox with double diffusion and grid and the light it's still very strong,I use like 30% while recording me.The fans are super quiet. I have no doubt that you will never hear that on your video,I place my ear 10 cm from the fan and I couldn't hear anything so no problems there.The mount is very secure and strong,it can hold a heavy octabox for sure,no worries.The cable that comes to connect to the AC mains is very long,it will never be an issue.The light is not very heavy for what it is and it's metallic build.Now something I didn't like straight away .The box that comes with is not shield somehow,no tapes or cello , in theory anyone could open it and use it and returned itThe screen from the remote and the light doesn't have fitter a screen protector to peel off so the plastic shows marks probably from the factory.It doesn't come with a carry case but it's not an issue as I have so many from my Glidecam,stands etc.In theory this light should last a lifetime. I hope so as its expensive.Buy it if you plan location shoot that has AC mains or YouTube setup but keep in mind that is too strong so probably you will use 30-40% of the power so if it's the case maybe buy a cheaper one like the 60 or the 150?

Good materials, feels strong and sturdy, everything works well. Light is bright and also nicely dimmable 1-100%. The one and only thing remains - fan noise. I don't have previous model, so don't know how noisy this was, if people were complaining. My SL150II is quite noisy and I'm not sure, is it normal or is this malfunction. If I watch other reviews, then claim is, that they don't hear the fan at all few feet (less than 1m) away. I can hear it 2 or 3meters away easy... Sitting ~1m away from light behind a softbox I can hear loud hum. Yes, it is possible to turn the fan off, but then only 30% of light power remains. I have still time to deside, should I send it back... because of fan 3 stars.

An amazing piece of equipment that changed my movie set completely. I can now make perfectlyaccurate day light scenes and various ambiances using color filters that come with the light. It alsocomes with a reflector and barn door that can be used to modify the light.The fan makes almost zero noise, which is great for all film sets. When you put your light high up ona stand, you can easily manage settings with a remote controller that also comes with it.Arrived on the time and came as described.For the price given I would absolutely recommend this light.

Espectacular foco led de Godox. Tiene una potencia abismal y en las pruebas que he realizado ponerlo al 100 es una locura lumínica 😝 espero que de la talla en mis sesiones de fotos o vídeo, pero tiene pinta de que tengo foco para años!
