Love the taste of these . Not sure about losing weight but it’s kept it level

The taste is what makes the difference. I put this in my morning coffee and it takes wonderful!!

I'm not a huge warm drink drinker but these are so delish. A little warm milk, a little water... microwave it to warm it up (don't judge me, it's easy) and one pouch of this magical deliciousness, and sweet craving is satisfied and appetite and cravings are greatly reduced. I think it would be of more benefit if I used it regularly. 🤔 But that's on me.

This stuff works, but you have to pay attention to ‘are you actually hungry’ or do you just want to eat something. I have noticed my appetite is suppressed…and the cravings I have for foods like fast food have greatly diminished.

This is so good either hot as cocoa or with ice in the blender as a chocolate shake! And absolutely NO sugar! A gentle boost of energy-nothing shakey and curbs your appetite! It’s like having a treat every day!
