Way smaller than I expected. I know there are dimensions, but also very deceiving photos. I still used it for the party, it looked well.

Right in the title it says "Neon Birthday Banner Decorations Glow in The Dark Backdrop Colorful Graffiti Party". However, this item does not glow in the dark. There is no glow paint on this item; it's just a neon colored banner made of polyester. The description needs to be updated, so more people aren't mislead by it.

Perfect size and beautiful

Didn’t glow in the dark. Is beautiful. A little smaller than we thought.

The only thing I wish it came with are some steaks or something that help hold it to the ground.

This banner does not glow in the dark, and it is not blacklight reactive. It is a decent sturdy banner that would be fine for a regular party, but when you use the word "glow", a person expects more.

So from the picture you would think this sign is pretty big but its not. Make sure you check the size description of the sign before ordering ( that was my fault) but I was more disappointed that the sign does not glow in the dark at all even after laying it out in the sun all day. The colors are pretty and the design does look like the picture but its much smaller than what you'd think and doesn't glow in the dark.
