Q: Is there a leash opening if I hope to place this rain jacket over my dog’s harness?

Hi, thank you for your question! Yes, there is a small gray flap located on the top side of the rain jacket that allows you to lift it up, revealing a metal buckle to which you can attach an Embark leash on. :)

Q: Is this Rain Jacket comfortable in hot weather?

I haven't tried it in hotter weather yet but would say it depends on how hot. Plus: Lots of open space at the rear and under sides for cooling. Minus: though it has a breathable liner the jacket itself isn't breathable. I don't expect to use it in the summer months in Texas.

Q: How well does this rain jacket repel rain when my dog is outside?

Works well over their harnesses Keeps them dry
