Great product

The good about this blower is its low profile that can fit my tiny gas fireplace. Other than that everything about this blower is poorly constructed. The connector for the speed control switch is not working out of box. I had to replaced it with new connector after validating the switch is working. The adhesive pads come with unit are so bad. The adhesive separated from the foam completely after 4 days of use. Can’t hold the blower in place without the adhesive pads. Stay away.

The blower just came in today in a small cardboard box with minimal packaging protection inside. I could physically feel the product moving around substantially prior to opening the box and there were a lot of tears inside the box from moving around.Upon opening the box, the blower appeared to be mostly OK but there are obvious bends in the housing and the motor doesn't sit straight. I'm not sure if this was intentional by the manufacturer (to reduce the movement of the fan and rod moving side to side), or if it was damaged during shipping.I tested everything and it appears to be working fine, but I have concerns over the longevity of this cheaper variant (there is a higher quality USA made variant but it's 150% more expensive). I'm going to give it a try and update this review if anything else pops up.
