The book makes you to pray all kinds of prayer though some prayers are repetitive but repetition is good because it makes it real in your heart.

THe weapons God gave to us to use for Spiritual Warfare with prayer is fasting,Fasting is an obligation not for show or boasting Matt 6verses 16 Fasting is not for show or boasting It is an expression of grief and showing sorrow which involves afflicting ones body and soul page 2Fasting is for repentance deliverance and breaking yokes and bondages.When we pray and fast we decree things ,Believers in the past obtained good reports by fasting ,and when they decree a thing by FAITH it produces good results .God created the sun,moon stars heaven and earth crawling flying creatures by decreeing with WORDS from his mouth LET THERE BE THIS AND THAT instantly the decree comes into motion immediately.As Children of God he also wants us to decree to the dry bones in our life and the dry bones to come to LIFE.by this we take authority like our Father with the Words of our mouth coming to LIFE .Powerful book I will call Using Fasting and Decrees to change situations

This is a book that will help during a Fast. In fact I am in a fast for health reasons, this book will give you plenty of prayers during your fast. I was happely surprise to see prayers i never saw before.Highly recomend.

If your wanting to explore spiritual fasting and prayer, ignore and run a mile from this book. I honestly thought this type of religious dogma was a thing of the past. Full of misinformation and assumptions on many topics. Archaic brainwashing religious nonsense that should be banned. I swear even homeopathic remedies are considered witchcraft in the book, I teach faith, and this book is just awful. Its judgemental on every lifestyles, I don't think it misses offending a single person, accusing us all of some kind of horrendous evil.
