Question 1

May I use this on Saltillo tile that has only been sealed with boiled linseed oil and paste waxed annually (old school method)?

Accepted Answer

Hello Skyjayhawk,
Yes, this product can be used on Saltillo regardless of how it's been sealed. This is a strong, but safe cleaner, and will help you restore your Saltillo to its original luster. Thank you for considering MORE™!

Question 2

Does alkaline mean that it is safe for quartz?

Accepted Answer

Hello Julie,
Alkaline refers to the pH of the formulation, which is ~12.0. For reference, the pH of water is considered neutral with a pH of ~7.0. Our Acidic Cleaner has a pH of ~1.0. Alkaline cleaners are designed to safely cut through and remove greasy soils. Our Alkaline Cleaner will not damage the quartz, but if the quartz is sealed, the sealer may be somewhat compromised. As a result, we would recommend resealing the quartz countertop after cleaning with our Alkaline Cleaner. If you're looking for a cleaner for daily messes, we would recommend MORE™ Stone & Quartz Cleaner + Protector, also available on Amazon. Thanks!

Question 3

Will this clean mineral deposits from granite?

Accepted Answer

Hi Brie, we would recommend MORE™ Acidic Cleaner to remove mineral deposits on granite. The Alkaline Cleaner is generally used for removing grease and grime. However, Acidic Cleaner should NOT be used for marble, as it will damage the surface. Granite is not acid-sensitive, so the Acidic Cleaner is safe to use. Thanks!

Question 4

Can I use it on my vinal kitchen floor?

Accepted Answer

Hello, while the MORE™ Alkaline Cleaner will work on your vinyl kitchen floor, we would recommend you use MORE™ Luxury Vinyl Floor Cleaner. This product is designed specifically for cleaning vinyl flooring of all types. Thank you for considering MORE™!
