ELEGOO Mercury X Bundle, Wash and Cure Machine for Large Resin 3D Printed Models, Compatible with Saturn, Mars MSLA 3D Printers

I've got the Mercury X bundled with the Mars 3, and it's been a great setup. Curing Station: 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone, it's perfect! Absolutely no complaints or recommendations for improvement. Wash Station: UPDATE - 5 Stars. After emailing Elegoo's customer service, they rush shipped a replacement part in cast aluminum. This part is perfect, and has none of the flaws found in the plastic version. Although unexpected, they included a bottle of resin too. Fantastic service. Original review: Wash station 2 stars. At first I was very impressed, I loved the idea of how it uses magnets to spin the agitator around inside the container. However after a few uses over 4-5 months, I noticed the wash station was much louder and no longer agitating the IPA. After looking online, I see it's a common problem with the tiny set screw coming loose, and the magnets rubbing. I tightened the set screw as gently as possible but nothing changed. Looking closely at the disc inside, I noticed 3 cracks all around where it mounts to the motor. No amount of tightening will fix that kind of issue. I'm still under the one year warranty period, waiting to hear back from Elegoo.

Hey all!!! So I've been fully invested in 3d printing now for a little over a year. I went the "cheap" way and build my own wash and cure stations but really found them lacking... I've been following Uncle Jesse on YouTube now for months and consistently saw him using the "Branded" Wash and Cures so took the dive into this bundle... Needless to say "WOW!!!"... this is a great deal and holy crap do they get the job done and an added bonus they look sexy on the shelf... AMAZING price for what you get and what they do... Easy of use out the box, had them unpacked and ready to go in ten (10) minutes. Use is super easy and convenient!!! Recommend 100% for the average and high end 3d modeler... Happy Printing!!!

I’ve always loved all goo products and own half a dozen of their printers. I was very disappointed when the wash side of this combo quit working after just a few uses. (The good news, is they resolved the matter quickly) Within a day of reaching out to customer service they identified the issue and worked on getting it resolved quickly. Great company. So glad they stand behind what they sell

I had my washing station for about a month. After that it made a weird noise during washing and then failed to turn the magnetic turntable. I contacted Elegoo customer service and within 5 mins I received an email from one of their employees. He sent me a video on how to tighten a scree inside the machine that I guess sometimes comes loose. I realized i did not have a screw. This same individual advised me that he would send a complete new magnetic turntable. He said he was going to do this, because the screw was too small. After showing my proof of purchase he sent it right away from China to USA. I was very pleased with their customer service and my machine is working perfect again. I highly recommend all Elegoo products for 3d printing.

This is a pretty decent wash and cure station, will handle fairly large resin prints, works as intended. Wishlist would be a larger version as the turntable can only handle a limited amount of prints. I do have one major complaint--Uncured resin sometimes sticks to the turntable and is VERY difficult to remove, mostly due to the little bumps on the surface that I am guessing are supposed to keep the prints from sliding off when the turntable spins at breakneck speeds (just kidding, there are no breakneck speeds). I cracked my turntable trying to scrape off resin and had to order a new one. Guess what? Replacement turntables are not available at the Elegoo store or even on their website, so you have to jump through hoops with their customer service to get backdoor ordering done, and shipping is 10-20 days, Yikes!! Good thing I have a back up curing station--The sun. I will say the price for a replacement turntable is only 4 bucks, whilst shipping costs 7 bucks, which is reasonable, but for the love of pete, please add these to the Elegoo store!!

Cleans and UV cures models well. I don't know how the UV Unit works compared to other UV curing stations but it seems like it is a little slow and requires more time, maybe that's due to the resin we are using. But also it does make sure you don't over cure the prints and cause them to be too brittle, which is good.

I want to give an update to say that Elegoo has had excellent customer service and has helped me resolve my issues. For reference, my original review remains below. Both products are now working but there was some extra "engineering" needed. First and easiest was the curing station. Don't forget to hook up the wires for the sensor. If you do, then the station will beep relentlessly. If you are sure everything is hooked up correctly. You can try manually blocking the sensor that is behind the light. I put masking tape on the cover to block and prevent beeping. The wash station was constantly grinding and so I needed to remove the motor and get to the spinning wheel that had magnets. In the image you can see a small collar screw. You may need to tighten this to prevent the wheel from hitting the plastic casing. Once you've done this, you may need to place washers on each of the four screw the fix the motor in place. This adds enough space so that the wheel won't hit to casing. Overall this was a terrible mess of a product that should not have made it to market. The developers should have spent more time before marketing.

Me gusta mucho como trabajan, la limpieza lo hace muy bien y el que sea removible el tanque ayuda muchísimo, también la máquina para curar es buena, los materiales son 80/100 podrían mejorar y solo falta que les pongan una luz UV extra pero en general me han servido de maravilla, el empaque llegó bien aunque de cabeza pero no se maltrató nada de su interior, cumple con lo que dice

Si no fuera por el precio del alcohol isopropilico les diria que es una opción muy buena, desaportunadamente el precio es muy alto y usar un litro como mínimo para la máquina de lavado (la blanca) es poco costeable, sirve bastante si tienes una maquina grande y tus piezas son grandes como en la foto de la publicación, yo uso una Voxelab Proxima son piezaz no muy grandes y tanto alcohol no me sale buena inversión... La máquina de CURADO además de verse genial, funciona muy bien sin importar el tamaño de la pieza...
