Worth The Money!!!
this is an awesome tool that saves me literally hours every time I’m trying to 3-D print something. I’ve used it for about a year now and now it’s starting to act up. I can’t tell if it’s my printer or my touch but this has made it so much easier and I highly recommend it.

It works, but a little hard to install
This works fine. The physical installation was pretty straightforward. But it requires a 32 bit motherboard with a port for it, which I didn't have, requiring me to replace the motherboard. The only real problem was installing the firmware to make the bed leveling sensor work. The instruction manual that came with it had very tiny type that was hard to read, even with a magnifying glass. The website link in the instructions to download the correct firmware did not work. I got help from online chat and got a correct link to the correct firmware. The firmware loaded without trouble. Calibrating the extruder height above the bed was, at first, a little complex and challenging. Perhaps if I could have read the tiny instructions, it would have been easier. After having done it a couple of times now, I understand the reason for the steps in the process and it's pretty simple. All in all, it is a good upgrade to my printer.

Be careful where you get the firmware upgrade from
I installed this on my Ender 5 Pro. I had some issues with the mounting bracket for the probe. There was interference from the screw tab on the cooling fan shroud and also the X-axis belt end. A little bit of grinding with a Dremel solved the problem. I downloaded and installed new firmware from Creality.com and I believe this was a mistake. First, my extruder ran backward, and I had to swap two wires to make it run the correct direction. The next problem was the height at which the probe tripped was causing my nozzle to press into the bed. I solved this by removing the probe from the bracket and shimming it down a little with several washers. That corrected the probing height problem. I tried several prints, and the quality was horrible. It seemed like an under-extrusion issue, so I attempted to calibrate my extruder. At this time my extruder quit working all together. I tried plugging my Y-axis cable into the extruder to see if it would move or not. It did not move so I assumed that the motor went bad. I ordered a new motor and hooked it up and still nothing. I hooked up the cable from my extruder to the Y-axis motor and it moved just fine so I knew there was no problem with the mainboard. So, I disconnected the probe and decided to go back to the original firmware. I went back to creality.com to get the firmware and I could only find a version in the Czech language. WTH?? So, I did some more searching and found Creality3dofficial.com. I went there and downloaded the original firmware and installed it. Everything worked as it should. Since that worked, I decided to download and install the touch probe firmware from that site, and everything works as it should. Great.

Drastically improved print quality and usability
It was a little bit of work to get it installed, but not too much work, about an hour or so of hardware install, firmware install, and software configuration. It makes a little clicky noise as the probe goes up and down, but otherwise it's not too intrusive to the print process, and any louder or more distracting than the sound of the fans and motors on the printer.I like the CR Touch over the BL Touch just because of aesthetics, it's a nice black color that matches the color of the printer better. It has made it easier than ever to get a good first layer down on the bed, which contributes greatly to a good overall print. This product was definitely worth the small investment.

Works perfect
Works perfectly, easy install, changes your life when printing.Say goodby to flimsy springs, pointless spring upgrades and fiddling with knobs all day. This product makes printing way more enjoyable.

Works great, install and firmware installation is a bit of work though
Hardware wise it’s awesome, had to remix some 3D files to get it to fit how I wanted to on my duct setup. Had to compile my own firmware for this but I had done it once before when I switched to the 4.2.7 board so wasn’t too intimidating this time.

Great!
Really improved the printing quality with my Ender 3 max. With such a large printing surface it's very sensitive to tiny adjustments.

Replacement of original on Ender 3 v3 SE
Bought this to replace a destroyed unit on our Ender 3 V3 SE. The original touch sensor was run across a print and destroyed/bent the probe. Tried to straighten it, but there was more internal damage and it would not retract/set properly. This was a quick switch out and back in business!

Seems pretty good
Prints stick better on first layer, however they still lift at the edges. Not sure if this is a levelling issue or something else but other than that it was pretty easy to install. If the firmware isn’t working, try a different SD card
