These detox capsules had virtually no impact on me, which was a bit surprising.Reading the ingredients and description, I expected them to completely clean my GI tract out.Similar supplements I have tried did just that; however, these did not have any noticeable impact on my body.That being said, if you are someone looking to try a "colon cleanse" that is more gentle, this one might be the right fit for you.Made in the USA, the recommended use of this supplement is two capsules, taken with two glasses of water, right around bedtime.Assuming the two capsule dose is a good fit for you, that gives you 15 days of detoxing.Of course, all bodies are different, so if you reacted really strongly to this supplement, you could always stick to one capsule until you feel ready for the full two capsule suggested dose.If nothing else, I would recommend those new to detox cleanses start this on an evening when they can stay close to a bathroom the next morning, just in case it cleans out your colon more effectively than it did mine.In the end, I would recommend this colon cleanse detox with the understanding that it might not be powerful enough for some people.I like that it is made in the USA and that all the ingredients are recognizable and natural.While I was underwhelmed by this "super" colon cleanse, to someone hoping for a gentler cleanse, this might be exactly the kind of super they are looking for.

I was a little scared at first and only took 1 in the morning and after no adverse affects I took another in the evening before bed and in the morning yes it took affect but with no cramping or out of control effects.So yes seems to be a good choice for occasionally cleaning of the colon.

This is a gentle cleanse. I will take two at night and generally in the morning I am able to use the restroom. There isn't any belly upset with this cleanse. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that for me personally there hasn't been any weight loss. It is just helpful to produce a bowel movement without the harshness of a regular laxative. When our guts feel better, we feel better, so I recommend it.

Ok so this product definitely works and cleans out the system! After an hour of taking one it was go time. Didn’t make me feel less bloated still felt the same. Taking for about 10 days now. Doesn’t make you go right away. Not sure if it works well for weight loss don’t feel any different

I always worry that any cleanse will have me in a scramble to get to the bathroom but this is a more gentle approach over a period of time.it kind of moves things along in a more gentle way,would recommend.

I've been trying this out for almost two weeks now, and I'm feeling better. It could be from the DTOX, I'm not really sure if it is doing what I'm expecting it to do. Without getting into too much detail I'll let you know whats been going on. The first day I took it I was feeling sick, and I believe I was having some issues so I took some Pepto. But everyday after that I've felt fine and even noticed a slight difference in my BM's. One thing that was the most noticeable was how hungry I was the past two weeks. And I think I've had slight weight loss. My waistline has been about the same though.
