Good but can cause nasal pain
Depending on how you handle the pressure button, this nasal rinse can either help or hurt your nostrils- I realized that the slower you go with the pressure button, the better the rinse. Pressing too hard too fast can cause pain. Wish that is included in the manual. But overall it is an effective nose cleaner

Messy, doesn’t seam to have any vacuum,
Did draw some solution into the waste tank, but left water in the nose and mouth. Better do this over a sink. Messy
