High quality just what I needed for transmission lines

Per suggestion of online forums, bought to replace rusted diesel fuel lines on my 07 GMC. I was really quite impressed with the "steel" lining, braided abrasion sock on the outside. Time will tell as to durability. I ordered this over others based on price, and the fact it came with the abrasion sock around the outside, most were just "rubber" and more money. Also, just an FYI, the outer diameter is perfect for stainless pen pinch clamps.

I don't know if the wrong hose was put in the package (the package said it was 1/2") or what, but this hose is not 1/2" inside diameter. I could not get it on over a 1/2" transmission cooler fitting. A different 1/2" rubber hose did fit properly, but this one is smaller than 1/2" inside. Other than that it seems to be a really nice hose with the braiding around it to protect it. It was a bummer that it didn't work for me.

I needed a durable hose, and it works great for what I'm using it for, it's strong I don't have to worry about it getting a hole in it, it's strong and flexible enough

Using this to install a remote transmission oil cooler. Hate to write a review before actually using a product but thought I'd best tip off future buyers. First, it's nice looking but very stiff. Secondly, I had to cut it with a saber saw. Thirdly, I had to use a heat gun on it to force it over a 3/8" hose barb. 3/8" hose clamps will fit well over it. Probably it will never burst but sure hope it doesn't melt.
