These things are INCREDIBLE! Genius idea! Great quality, easy use! Highly recommend!!!! I live on the bay & prior to buying these I HAD to take more fish than I wanted, because often they will swallow the hook so deep I couldn’t get the hook out without hurting the fish. Allllwayyyys FAST & EASY with these!!!! I recently randomly rolled up on some guys who had caught a small bonnet head shark on the beach. They were FIGHTING to get the hook out with pliers & again, this fish was probably going to die because they could not get the hook out. I grabbed this, gave it to them & in seconds the hook was out & fish released safely. GRRAT product!

Awesome little hook remover! Was packed super well, see photos and unboxing video. Was looking for something that wasnt the other style of squeeze handle and its exactly what i wanted with being able to squeeze with it straight down the middle my hand giving me more control. Havent tried it out with a fish yet but some initial testing makes me think its gonna work great. One star off just because during testing i noticed my product seems to be tight or slightly binding in one area of the shaft which may get worse under pressure during use so that may get worse over time and product break down but i will update review if that happens, works well for use though. Overall outlook on the product: Great, would buy again. I uploaded some photos and video. Quality: Appears to be solidly made. From initial review there are no problems noted. Colors vibrant, matches listing. Easy to use for the products intended purpose. Functionality: Works as described on listing. No issues found so far. Just got mine this morning and took it out to see what it could do. It totally blew away my expectations. We had a bunch of top sail cats and didn't have to touch a single one to release. It's well made and has a very short learning curve. My first fish took three tries, by my third fish, it was first time every time. I ordered a few more for my children and my brother. Excellent item!

This really works. It is a little trickery to get the hook in the notch if it is partially swallowed, but it really works. I have pulled out several deeply swallowed hooks and saved the fish and my terminal tackle. Must have for live bait fishing for bass, hybrids and stripers. Also gets a to. Of leverage to easily remove hooks from tough catfish jaws.
