Q: Does this stuff really work n wheres your physical prove it does

I had five kidney stone procedures between April 2019 and December 2020. I started taking these alone with Potassium Citrate, which my urologist suggested, and luckily, I haven't had are more stones since last December. I don't have proof, but seeing I had been seeing my urologist constantly between 2019 and last December and have not had to see her since then, to me, that shows it works. Maybe it's because I'm taking the potassium citrate with it too. Good luck.

It is 680 mg per serving & a serving equals 2 capsules. It is an excellent product along with reducing salt intake.
