Just right for a three-week trip to Canada
I'm from the UK and recently went on a three-week trip to Canada. I knew that using my phone in Canada was going to be very expensive, as Canada is not included in my plan. So I bought this SIM, primarily to give me mobile data while travelling, but also calls and texts, for a fixed price. I just popped it into my phone when I arrived in Canada and it worked straight away with no problems at all. Although I used it a lot I still only used up about 1GB of the 5GB available so that was fine too. Definitely recommend to other travellers to Canada in similar circumstances.

Feel cheated
Recently went on a 10 day trip with the family so I purchased two of these sim cards for me and my wife. The instructions state that you should request to have the SIM cards activated 2-3 days before your actual arrival date. I sent the request for our SIM cards to be activated 2 days prior to our arrival. Mine was activated the day before. I received notification that the SIM had been activated etc. My wife did not receive any sort of notification from TravSim. We tried the SIM anyways and it worked for her. The service was fine.On day 8 of our trip our service ended. They count your "10 days" from when you request to have the SIM activated not from when it actually gets activated. We feel ripped off. We ended up going into a tmobile and getting 1 month plans that were $10usd each. Anyone going to the US should just go to Tmobile. It is super easy and cheap. Don't waste your time and money on this garbge.

Super für vier Tage in Kanada... Dann "No Service"
Leider völlig unzuverlässig. Wir waren in Kanada, drei Tage in Toronto lief alles gut, dann ein Tag in Niagara, dann Totalausfall. Richtig geil, wenn man online Tickets gekauft hat und der Bus kommt und man trotz 50x Flugmodus an und aus und Neustart mit "No Service" konfrontiert wird. Der Busfahrer ließ uns trotzdem mit und wie durch ein Wunder hatten wir nach 20 Minuten wieder Empfang. Für 3 Stunden und mitten in Toronto während wir nach Restaurants suchten in der weitläufigen Umgebung wieder "No Service".War anfangs wirklich zufrieden, aber mehr als 4 Tage muss eine Simkarte funktionieren, die auf 15 Tage ausgelegt ist... Daher leider nur 1 Stern. Nächstes Mal nehmen wir den Datapass der Telekom. Ist zudem noch billiger.

Don't waste your money. NOT AS ADVERTISED
Activation was easy and fast. That's where it ends. Couldn't use for calls or text. Only some LTE network use. Called support line and after trying to understand what she was saying she was going reactivate the card and send a new activation email. That never happened. Absolutely very disappointed. If this was from T-Mobile they would have solved the problem. I called T-Mobile and they know nothing about the third party selling these sim cards. UPDATE: They did give me a full refund.
