These are awesome and actually make my hair and nails grow more. Same kinds of ingredients as supplements that sell for over a hundred dollars. These are often sold out and I can see why. However - careful buying them from Amazon. I got an open bottle and have seen too many true crime shows to be able to handle that 😂😂

I have lost a lot of weight in a short period of time and as to be expected have had some hair loss as a result. I have thick hair and a lot of it but noticed I was losing a lot of hair, like A LOT. I also noticed my hair was very brittle and dry, as well as patches where it looked like I was balding. I started taking this and now after having taken it for a full month I am already seeing improvements. New hair is growing in, I can see it especially along my hairline, little baby hairs sprouting up. It no longer feels brittle and dry and I am not losing great amounts. I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing. I decided to use this after being sick and my hair massively suffered especially on one side in the back. I'm just under a month but after a week of use, the guy Im dating said that I looked different and my skin was glowing which I didn't expect.
