I've tried a lot curry powder mix variations over 12 yrs in Dubai from all sorts of markets and shops and this is my favourite. There's no heat to it so you can add fresh chilis to fire it up if wish. I have even given it as gifts to people in UK who were very happy with the taste. I find you need to add a good couple of tablespoons to curry with .5kg of chicken so get a big tin.
