Ayush Herbs - Carditone 60 caplets (Pack of 2)

I’m a relatively fit middle aged person and I workout at least 5 days a week, nonetheless, I have high blood pressure. On average I was hovering around 140/98. My doctor wanted to put me on medication, but we came to an agreement that if I couldn’t self regulate then I’d take the medication. My acupuncturist suggested I use this supplement under his guidance and I decided to give it a go. He started me off at 2 pills twice a day (well over the dosage on the bottle) until my blood pressure started to regulate. During the first week nothing happened, but in the second week my blood pressure started to drop to mid-130s/mid-80s. I dropped it down to one in the AM and 2 at night. I’m in my third week and my blood pressure has been holding steady at around 115/78. I’m planning to drop the dosage to 1 in the morning and 1 at night and still maintain those readings. Adding this supplement is the one and only change I made so I really can’t attribute the drop to anything else. I’m not a big review writer, but this was important enough share.

This product is great I’ve had blood pressure issues for decades this is the only product that delivers what they say it does.

I would have given this product 5 stars for the first eight months I used it (1 tablet daily) bc it took my 130/85 BP down to a consistent 110/70. Around the 8-month mark, though, I became a mildly-depressed, unmotivated couch potato with no energy or strength. Had some head pressure and light-headedness, too. Felt spaced-out. This went on for 2 more months. There was no rational explanation for this! I was mystified. There was no reason for me to be feeling so low and lethargic. But then we found out that my husband's BP was high, so he took Carditone for 3 days. He IMMEDIATELY felt drowsy, tired, jittery, and spacey. So we connected the dots, and I stopped taking Carditone the next day. It's Day 6 of being off it, and I feel so much more like my old self. I got my joy back and my energy, too, but I still feel like it's in my system a little. I still have some head pressure. It's so bizarre that it took 8 months for me to feel the negative side effects but only 3 days for my husband to feel them. I guess people's body chemistries do vary that much. And I learned that a supplement can have negative side effects just as pharmaceuticals do. Another reviewer (in the 1-star section) pinpointed the rauwolfia (snake root) in the Carditone as the main culprit. Apparently in the '50s there had been a BP medication made from rauwolfia called Reserpine. It was banned after a while though. I hope my review/experience helps someone. Carditone DID lower my BP from Day 1, but the eventual side effects were incapacitating for me personally. Wish I had connected the problematic side effects to my daily dose of Carditone sooner.

Carditone herb pills are amazing they really do work. Try at your own risk. I used a blood pressure cuff and monitored my blood pressure. Thank you.

This product works..I’m not a person who writes a review but it moved me to post my personal experience . My husband BP changed to a normal reading of 128/85, before it’s always 190/ 100, after 1 month of taking it consistently .He refused to take medication prescribed from a doctor ,and he wants herbs or natural remedy . Thank you for the company that made this product . I highly recommend to really try product because it really does amazing job❤️
