Can you put this on top of a tempered glass screen protector?

Hi, yes you can. However, we do not recommend it because it may reduce the responsiveness of the touch.

Is this compatible with an Amazon Fire 7?

Yes if it fits the screen exactly.

Remove old screen protector? I have a protector on the iPad now. Does that need to be removed for this to work properly?

Yes, take the old one off first.

Could this be trimmed to fit the dash screen of a back up camera?

I don't think cutting it would hurt it.
