Q: Is safe to use on stone?

409 is a product that I have used regularly sine the 1960's, and it has never failed me. It is a multi surface cleaner that I sue on my tile and quartz countertops and all bathroom surfaces. I clean my refrigerator and microwave oven and the tile floors. I use it to clean stovetops. I use it to clean my car's hubcaps and more. It's a stain remover, like blood and chocolate, and it has never done harm to anything I sue it on. I swear by it. It's tough on stains, but mild to use.

Q: Is this a different product than consumer "multisurface" cleaner?

Comparing the of small bottles in stores with the large bottle I got during the pandemic, the instructions seem to be the same. I suspect the larger bottles were distributed to companies who need large amounts to clean large areas. I detect no difference. 409 doesn't need added strength over the small bottles sold by retailers. It works on all I use it on.

Q: Is 409 degreaser safe to use on painted kitchen cabinets?

My bathroom cabinets are white painted wood. I have used 409 on them for many years, and it does a great job. 409 is good for multiple tasks, and is a staple I use daily, in various places. I don't think it is caustic, as the label recommends it for a list of chores.

Q: I ordered this product on december 15th and i still do not have it. will i receive it.

I don't know about shipping schedules, but 409 is plentiful on the retailers' shelves.
