Good if okay with input terminals to be accessible at the front
My oversight in ordering this item was that I wanted the connectors to be located at the back. So in arranging it that way, in order to turn on the power to the Mac Mini, I'm required to pull open the rack to access the switch. With the terminals and i/o switch at the front, it defeats the purpose of having a rack mount.

Great solution for mounting your Mac Mini in a rack setup.
I purchased this kit, so I could mount my Mac Mini in my rack. Since I don't have a lot of desk space, this was the perfect way to add some space, while keeping my Mac Mini within reach. I love having the ports accessible. It makes it so much easier to connect wires. And the extra space in the rackmount allowed me to put my Blu Ray burner in the the rack as well Saving me even more desk space. Definitely a great solution, for home/pro recording studios that are limited in space.

Well-made and sturdy
I like this rack for my Mac mini mid-2019 (Intel). Will note that the rear exhaust will be pushing hot air out the front of the rack (unless mounted in rear of rack). I have not tried mounting vice versa: manufacturer claims won't work, and the power button would be inaccessible. I like cables in front anyway. However, I made the mistake to route cables below unit, which puts them in the exhaust air. Need to re-arrange with cables going up and over.

damage weak packaging.
It was still ok but package is week snd came loose and almost had rack come out of box during shipment. Still works but wish the front removal plates were slotted to put back if needed. Wish bottoms also had option to leave full so I could put stuff against having only one macmini installed.
