The Art of Instruction Notebook Collection

I’m a sucker for botanical paintings, especially when they are on a black background. I’ve bought 2 sets of these I liked them so much, cover is gorgeous and paper quality is just lovely.

I ordered this for my seamstress mother as a present and she loves it! She used to take me to the fabric store as a child and we would always look at the patterns together. Very nostalgic and cute!

I've ordered several sets of these and I'm ordering more. like the beauty of the covers, the high quality of the paper and the fact that the pages are stitched in, rather than glued, so they don't fall out after a lot of use.I read a lot of non-fiction books where I want to remember facts so I use one of these little notebooks to make notes as I read - they're thin enough that I can devote one notebook to a book. I also carry one in my purse or backpack to make field notes - again, the quality means they hold up well.

I wasn't fully appreciating the quality of these notebooks. They were pretty and not too much money so I was using them for casual note-taking. Later, my needs changed and I began using one for a journal. I am impressed with the quality of paper (very little ghosting, bleeding), the feel and design of the cover (linen texture). I would buy more like this. I just wish for more designs.

Me encantan, están muy bien hechas, cuidaron todos los detalles y la calidad de las libretas. Venían con stickers con información de detalle de producto pero se retiran fácilmente sin dañar las portadas.

This is the perfect gift for someone who sews. These notebooks return me to the 70s in a flash, back when my mom made a lot of our clothes, department stores still had a "Fabrics & Notions" section, and we were allowed to go through the catalogues to pick out an outfit, then find the pattern in the drawers below. Good times.The three notebooks are beautifully tied together with string and the notepaper inside is the colour of the tissue used for the patterns. Good attention to details, Chronicle Books.
