Schley Products Valve Adjustment Tool 10Mm Jam Nut

I bought this to help with valve adjusting my K20Z3 Honda engine. This makes it easier, by far! Especially when trying to get to the exhaust (rear) side valves. Must have, guys. Just buy it.

This tool came in very handy when adjusting the valves on the car. It would have been a pain to try to hold the nut in place while adjusting the valve with a wrench and using a screwdriver. This alllowed me to have better control while making the adjustments.

This tool came from an outside vendor to Amazon and shipped the next day after the order through Amazon was placed. It arrived two days later. I have used it today and all I have to say is this. You get what you pay for. There are many Made in China copycats (dozens) for this device but there is a significant qualities about the Schley tool over those copycats. That's why the Schley is double the price and in my view worth every penny. It is designed in USA and made in Taiwan to exacting standards. First, the chrome vanadium iron 6-sided ring wrench fits on the nut very tightly which a properly made wrench should do. Second, The entire metal part on the body of the wrench is heavily plated in black anti-rust preventative. Third, the slot screwdriver is heavily chrome plated and handle is ergonomic for full control o the valve lash and torquing of the jam nut. It is much, much easier to adjust the valves than the old way of screwdriver, ring wrench and feeler guages. Very pleased with this purchase!

Honda produced many engines that do not have automatic valve adjusters. The job is doable in less than an hour with this special tool.

screw driver flat head is very nearly to big to fit some adjusters but it does fit tight. Technically could make it fit better with grinder but not recommended. works well. sturdy and makes life easier. quite precise. would recommend. 10 year mechanic thumbs up

great tool. if u use this tool to adj valves on a honda 4 cyl, u cant go back to using screw drivers and box wrenches. the honda v6 rear bank of valves near the fire wall, is like torture w/o this type of tool. if u want to avoid torture and save time and effort, get a nice valve adjustment tool

The torque handle flops all over the place while you are trying set the gap. I made my own tool and it worked way better than this one.
