Performs as expected
This sleeve fit my existing ice pack and allows me to wrap it around joints. It stays in place while I am moving around

Great to relieve inflammation in the knees or other areas
I already have one of these sleeves similar to this one and really like it. With arthritis in one knee and a replacement in the other, these will be great to have on vacation to bring relief from inflammation.

Using it every day!
1 star removed because quality, esp velcro, could be better. However, my Dr suggested looking on Amazon 4 an item I could use to 'strap on' or 'wear' an ice pack 4 my agonizing sciatica. It holds many sizes of hot or cold packs, using either side gives more or less intensity, stays on, doesn't cut off circulation, end seals pack in well. DOES NOT COME WITH HOT OR COLD PACK. Is only empty pouch w/velcro strap. Very happy esp at this price! Use it 24/7 right now.

Highly Recommended
My wife had a herniated disc. Needed ice packs regularly. This wrap easily kept one on her calf. A real back saver. Highly recommended.

Convenient to Use and Pack
A great addition to our healthcare kit. It is a perfect size for using it on small areas of the body, attaching it with the velcro so it stays where you want it, and is easy to pack for traveling.

Not worth the money
The fabric bag velcrow that holds the ice pack in the bag is junk. The ice pack is stiff and not flexible until half thawed.

Can move while icing knees, etc.
Works fine … have used similar products before. Allows you to move around while icing something like knee.

Wrap allows for mobility & relief.
Having knee troubles helped by ice packs but you couldn't get up & move around. With the wrap I get relief & mobility together.
