DiamineFountain Pen Bottled Ink, 50ml - Shimmering Blue Flame

There's significantly less shimmering glitter in this bottle vs any of the other diamine shimmer inks I have... hopefully it's just a dud

This is a high quality, gorgeous ink. I love writing with it, as it cheers me up and makes me happy to see the subtle hints of shimmer in my words. It actually helps me to feel more inspired and to want to write, just to look at the pretty ink. This color is a deep indigo blue, with coppery shimmer​. this one, as well as Golden Oasis and Tropical Glow are some of my favorites, but magic Forest is by far my favorite, comparable to the famed Emerald Of Chivor by J Herbin. I adore these inks. try it, you won't be disappointed!

I have 9 shimmer inks and one 'regular' ink from Diamine. They are my favotite multi- dimensional ink. I love Iroshizuku inks for their unique colors and depth. At heart, I love the little metallic sheen and variations. It's why to use fountain inks IMO. I've not been disappointed by Diamine. It's lovely stuff. My favorite is Orange inferno, and this- blue flame- my second favorite.

This ink is a lovely blue, but it doesn't maintain the shimmer throughout the page. I have to keep shaking the pen (I used fountain pens) and hope the ink doesn't blorp out.

Do get this. The shimmer is exquisite.
