Q: Is chocolate the same as brown?

Chocolate does mean brown. This chocolate color is a little on the dark side with the slightest shade of red. IMHO. The brown is dominate but does have a tint of red. I like the color and I will be buying these again.

Q: I stand on concrete floors all day, does this shoe have enough padding to handle this?

I wear these for 8 to 10 hour shifts on hard floors with no issues, but am up and down between machinery most of the time. I would say they offer little to no arch support and limited padding. Great for my physical situation, but maybe not for others.
