Well, as I get older this is becoming an issue!Slowly but surely, the ability to hold it isn’t as strong as before but these pill have been so helpful! It is rare that I try a supplement and have it react so quickly. This was one of those rare times.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a plastic jar with powder filled capsules.ODORThere is a slight herby odor which is not at all bad.SIZEThe size of these capsules is pretty standard and not difficult to swallow.DO THEY HELP?Let me start by saying I have been dealing with a UTI this past few weeks. Nothing I was doing seemed to allow me to sleep through the night without getting up hourly to go to the bathroom. I tried all of the usual fail safes but nothing seemed to help.When I took these a few nights ago, I did not expect much. To my shock, I was only up twice that night. I figured it could be just coincidence. The 2nd night, I only got up twice. Last night I got up once. I have to say that I am very happy with this. I was allowed to sleep again!THE BOTTOM LINEThese might not work for everyone, but for my situation right now, they seemed to give an extra punch to a UTI battle I was in. Very expensive if you take it as recommended; which makes this bottle a 10 day supply. Taking less to get a month's worth, I got no noticeable results.

I've been taking two capsules of this bladder formula twice a day for three days and finally I did not have to spend all night running to the bathroom. If frequent urination is an issue for you at night, this might help.I am not a doctor nor is this medical advice but I think this has helped me get some sleep. Yesterday I was yawning all day and today I am actually fully awake again. Being up all night having to pee every hour really is a hassle I don't need.Do remember that frequent urination can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, diabetes or even kidney disease getting worse. I am also taking some Swanson Uva Ursi for good measure - that purifies the urine I've read.Please consult with your doctor before taking herbal remedies.
