Hot water bag delivered was without any gel in it and is empty. Not heating up after connecting to the power supply.

Electrical short circuit is failure
Product quality is not matching the least level of usable. It's getting fused in our entire house and the heater bag sensors are failed and the you can see the plug is blasted. Don't buy this product 🙏 be safe.. it gets electric shocking 😔.. 0 star ⭐....

Relieved back pain, stays in place
Great and comfortable ice pack I had a microdiscectomy and this was a lifesaver! Stays cold and in place. Highly recommend

Loses temp fast
This product has helped with my lower back pain, however it does not stay cold for long enough. It's back to room temp in about 20 minutes then needs a few hours to refreeze. Also the velcro pokes at you if it's not lined up perfectly bc the hook side faces out rather than in.

Good for the cold press
The job pack is very cold and last a decent amount of time. The Velcro is a little bit funky. It doesn’t feel right and it scratches your back at times other than that for the price. It was fantastic. The Wilco strap is nice. It’s secured tightly so if you’re using it to walk around and ice your back, that’s very convenient.

Great product, I use a regular ice pack…last longer. It’s really helps when my sciatica acts up. I would purchase again
