Non ho mai trovato uno shampoo così eccezionale. Lo utilizzo ormai da 2 anni, e i miei capelli sono sempre lisci e morbidi, mai trovato uno shampoo che lisciassero i miei capelli ribelli. La quantità deve essere minimale visto la concentratità del prodotto. La prima passata si può notare poca schiuma, ma è normale perché il prodotto assorbe le impurità. Dopo la seconda passata, si può notare la schiuma e dolo aver massaggiato per un paio di minuti, io lascio agire lo shampoo per 1 min e risciacquo
