I was hopeful, but no way did I expect such relief. I have yet to figure out if my polyovarian cysts have been halting my periods or if peri-menopause’s halt of my periods are leading to cyst growth. Either way, I have been in hell for months from ovarian cyst rupturing, an episode of ovary torsion, hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, heart palpitations, and brain fog. In case you wonder if I’ve seen a doctor, the answer is yes I wasted a visit or two. Last visit I declined the implant she suggested, which is known to CAUSE cysts. (Really??) Thank heaven for common sense and natural supplements. I took a single tablet two nights ago and slept. I actually slept. I didn’t have sweats, or palpitations all night, nor did I have a single hot flash all day. Seriously, that’s like a miracle. Last night I took 2 capsules before bed.
