Our chinchillas love their hammocks! I like to keep a couple of hammocks on hand to swap out for cage cleaning days as one goes in the wash etc. This has a lovely furry side that our chins prefer and when I hung this up in the cage, they were in it in less than thirty minutes. Typically, when I introduce a new hammock, house etc., they take a bit to adapt but not this hammock. They were in it quickly and curled up and slept in no time.The straps are easy to adjust and in our Ferret Nation cage, I ended up retracting the straps all the way and then knotting them once to keep the hammock high enough to avoid the scatter guards on the top shelf.I have happy chinnies!

We just adopted a kitten last week, we noticed that she likes to lay in one of the swing type beds over a flatbed when she was at the pet store. This is great for her! It's soft, it's durable, it's a very neutral palette so it matches pretty much any decor you got going on in your house and it fits perfectly in a kennel. Wish I could have gotten a picture of her in it but she's so young that she just moves around too much! Love this product though!We haven't watched it yet but since it's reversible I imagine that you could put it on a gentle cycle and wash it if it gets a buildup of hair on it.
