These are great, softer on my stomach than other shakes. I find I have more energy when I have them plus they taste very nice and mix well

Tastes vile
I bought these for my son as he is very active but has started skipping meals, especiallybefore games. I compared these to the ones targeted at kids and found these to include more vitamins and minerals, whilst still being within a child's limits and cheaper. They do taste horrible though. They remind me of gone off milk! He adds vanilla milkshake powder and caramel syrup to it to make it taste better.
