Good sanding unit for the money
Good unit however it does vibrate a lot , it may stop if I screwed it down but I want to be able to move it around.

Out sanding in its field.
Overall well built piece of kit. A few minor issues. Most of the screws and bolts had to be tightened up. I thought the factory would have a torque setting for these. When I opened all the various bags with small parts and tools I noticed that the grub screw (item no 14 on the parts list) was missing. As there is no other way to attach the sanding disc I had to take a grub screw from the tool stand assembly. As I don't have a stock supply of M8 grub screws I made a M8 short bolt from a M8 x 60mm and fitted this into the tool stand. As the head size is not important for this part it worked out ok in the end. Not worth sending it back for the sake of a bit of minor tinkering.

Disc sander does not run smooth, spent ages trying to set up, useless, waste of time and money. Better buy Draper, brilliant machine

Most difficult to resolve issues
The product was purchased as a gift for my son, discovered missing parts after a short time in use. On/off switch stopped working and was reported.....promised replacements of parts never arrived.

biggest load of s++++ ! loud knocking sound from rear bearing, do not waste your cash!
falling to bits upon unboixing, most of the screws loose, loud knocking from rear bearing, very poor build quality, half of the screws were stripped off , belt would not track, nor accept any good quality thicker metal belt when fitted. just fit for the bin, please, please do not waste your money !!!

The component that the sanding disc is attached to arrived broken
The item has to be returned as it arrived broken and unusable. It would appear that the item had previously been returned broken but it was still resold. The item is very heavy and retuning it to the post office is not an easy undertaking. Very displeased customer.

Expédition conforme reçu dans les délais Machine conforme à mes attentes pour ce que je dois faire une table de travail pour chaque bandes serait un plus et éviterait les démontages pour travailler sur les 2 bandes bien que je m en suis fabrique une pour régler ce manque Pour le moment cette machine me convient
