Can you control the thickness so you can make thick mooncakes or thinner cookies?

Yes. For 75g it is pretty big actually. You can decide how much filling you want to use, then how much dough. The more the thicker you will get. I made mooncakes from 1/2" to 1.5".

Easy to use. Perfect designs.

First time ever making mooncakes, and these moulds worked perfectly for me. The dough didn’t stick. The pattern came out beautiful. If you measure the filling and dough to keep the weight right, the dough balls fit perfectly. You don’t have to jam anything in.
